How High Heels Hurt Your Body


I  had a meeting early today so I am working out of our Madison office for the morning and headed to our Oneida office for the afternoon.   I saw that snow on the ground this morning and decided I better wear my winter boots instead of the open back dressy clogs I usually like to wear.   As I am working I hear the click clack of lovely heels against the hard wood floors here in the Madison office.   One of the CSR's here, April, has on a lovely pair of high heel shoe-boots.  

I was getting ready to start my blog for today and was beginning my research on the internet for an interesting topic for today and guess what today's infographic was about?? Yup!  You guessed it ...How High Heels Hurt Your Body!

I think they look lovely, they sound nice too and most times when you put them on they make you feel good too...that is for a little while any. I personally know that my knees really start to feel it after just a couple of hours if standing or walking around.  If the high heels happen to have a pointed toe (which most do) the pain goes to a whole new level.  Fella's if you haven't worn heels you are not missing out...lol.. but feel free to try on a pair to get your own perspective.
