If you have plates that you need to put back on your car, we can help you in Wampsville.
Postal mail the following to our local DMV office:
MV-82 form (Completely filled in)
Copy of your Insurance Cards with a current date
Copy of your driver’s License
Signed Check Made our to DMV Commissioner with the amount left blank
Your phone number- we will call you when we run the transaction, inform you of the amount and receive your permission to fill it in.
Once completed, we will send you the plates through the postal mail.
