Referral Program Terms & Disclaimer
Our Customer Referral Rewards Program is offered as a thank-you to existing clients who refer friends, family members, coworkers, or others to our agency.
Qualified Referral Definition
A referral is considered qualified only when:
- The referred person contacts our agency or is contacted by us after a referral submission.
- The referred person confirms interest in receiving an insurance quote.
- The referred person provides sufficient information for us to prepare an insurance quote.
Submitting a referral form alone does not qualify as a completed referral and does not earn rewards or contest entries.
Rewards
For each qualified referral:
- Referring customer receives one (1) $10 Dunkin’ gift card.
- One (1) referral credit is added toward the 10 qualified referrals needed for one entry into the $50 dinner gift certificate drawing.
- One (1) entry is added into the annual $500 cash raffle.
Drawings & Giveaways
- $50 dinner gift certificate drawings will be held at times determined by the agency.
- Restaurant/location may vary based on winner location and availability.
- Annual $500 cash raffle winner will be selected at year-end.
- Winners may be required to complete any necessary tax documentation if applicable by law.
Additional Terms
- Referrals must be new prospective customers not currently insured through our agency.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- Agency reserves the right to verify all referrals.
- No purchase is necessary by the referred party.
- Quoting does not obligate the referred party to purchase insurance.
- Rewards may be substituted with equal value items if unavailable.
- Program may be modified, suspended, or ended at any time without prior notice.
- Void where prohibited by law.
